An English speaking driver will pick up your group at the dock in Civitavecchia and drive into Rome to meet your private licensed guide. First, visit Museum of Ancient Rome Civilization, about 3 acres of collections of large miniature models reproducing the city, war machines, casts of works of sculpture of the most famous Emperors, and art crafts covering from early ancient Rome to the end of the Roman Empire, everyday life objects and the complete frieze of the Trajan’s column in plaster imprints.
The museum, laid out thematically covering such areas as music, industry, medicine, literature, finance etc., is a must see and preparatory for adults and youngsters before heading to Ancient Rome quarter.
After a short stop at the Caracalla Bath, you will arrive at the Colosseum for an in-depth visit to this world famous monument. Your tour will continue in the comfort of your private luxury van with your private guide introducing the other ancient sites along the road. A short stop to admire the Circus maximum, which hosts the popular
